- In this first painting from my Wisconsin series I wanted to illustrate the quintessential “Wisconsin scene,” or at least what that means to me. I think the traditional red dairy barn is what would come to most people’s minds. I love paying homage to these historic structures that played such a huge role in the development of this state’s largest industry – agriculture, and in my own life.
